1.0 Orders

1.1 To place an order, add the desired items to the shopping cart and proceed through the checkout process; any promotional offers or multi-buy discounts will be applied automatically.

1.2 We are able to take payment for orders through our website using secure payment gateways that offer verified and safe ordering, such as credit and debit card payments & Paypal.

1.3 Where necessary, we can also receive payment for orders via BACS transfer by sending a pro forma for your order.

1.4 Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with the ordering process on our website.

1.5 Please note that it is possible that product images on our website differ from the final product delivered. This is rarely the case, and we always aim to ensure that product images are accurate. However, some images may be for illustrative purposes. Therefore, if you are unsure, simply give us a call.

1.6 Jurang reserves the right to cancel any order until the dispatch of goods for any reason we see fit; should this happen, we will contact you immediately and offer an explanation if desired.

1.7 Considering the nature of listing products and prices on e-commerce platforms, there is the possibility an error may cause a product price/description to be incorrect. Jurang shall be under no obligation to honour an inaccurate price in this case. In this instance, we will inform you of the error, correct the price/description, and provide the option for a cancellation if you no longer wish to proceed with the order.


2.0 Stock Notice

2.1 Please note our shop may not always be 100% up to date with current stock levels.

2.2 We hold a high level of stock for all our products, yet stock can sell quickly due to the nature of selling to commercial customers. We always aim to have our shop up to date, and for the vast majority of our sales, there are no issues with stock.

2.3 If we go out of stock of a particular product, we generally gain further stock in 2-3 working days. If there is a delay, we will inform you when to expect delivery, along with an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund if preferred.

3.0 Best Price Online

3.1 Jurang's 'Best Price Online' only applies to products marked with 'PRICE PROMISE' on the product page.

3.2 The promise applies to a genuine lower published price for an identical product in stock and available under the same terms within the UK. If a competing website does not offer equivalent terms to Jurang, such as next-day delivery, it will not qualify under the terms of our Best Price Online Promise.

3.3 The product price will not be matched if the like-for-like item includes ‘hidden extras', which could incur delivery charges.

3.4 For example, if another shop has a cheaper product, but once delivery charges have been added, it would cost more. Jurang shall be under no obligation to honour a reduction in the product price.

3.5 ‘Like-for-like’ means a product should match the brand, model, and specification. Our 'Best Price Online’ offer does not include products sold second-hand or on eBay or B-grade equipment and associated supplies.

3.6 Finally, the customer must provide evidence of this quotation.


4.0 Delivery Information

4.1 Standard delivery to any UK mainland address is £5.79+VAT, and any orders over £60inc.VAT or £50.00exVAT are free of delivery charges.

4.2 Please note that deliveries to addresses outside the UK mainland may incur additional shipping charges and may take longer than our standard next-working-day delivery timeframe, with no guaranteed delivery timescale. If you are ordering for outside the UK then we recommend contacting us to gain information on potential charges and delivery timeframes.

4.3 Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same working day via UKMail (DHL) and will be with you the next working day (excluding weekends). For example, an order placed on Friday before 14:00 will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be received on the following Tuesday.

4.4 If you provide a mobile number for your order, then our delivery partners should send you an hourly delivery slot on the day of delivery.

4.5 Please note Jurang cannot 100% guarantee items will be delivered ‘the next working day’; if your order was dispatched before 2 pm using the DHL Next Working Day delivery option and does not arrive with you on the expected date, then this is usually due to a courier error and unfortunately out of our hands. No courier is perfect, and we ask that you be patient and cooperate with our orders team as we try to sort out any delivery delays due to the courier's error.

4.6 Jurang reserves the right to use any courier we choose for deliveries.


5.0 Returns

5.1 When you return a product to Jurang (for instance, because you notified us in accordance with the paragraph below ‘Our right to vary these terms and conditions’, that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or any of our policies, or because you claim that the product is defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund.

5.2 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase.

5.3 We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the delivery of the defective product.

5.4 Products returned by you because they are not of satisfactory quality will be refunded in full, including a refund of any delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

5.5 The Customer will be liable for the cost of the return carriage if you return the products because you have decided against the purchase once you have received the goods.

5.6 Please note that our returns policy lasts the industry standard 30 days; if 30 days have passed since your purchase, then unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

5.7 To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

1. Unused

2. In the same condition that you received it

3. In its original packaging.

6.0 Damaged Goods

6.1 If an order you receive is faulty or damaged, you have 30 days to return the item(s) to us free of charge.

6.2 You will receive a full refund for any faulty goods; however, we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement if you wish.

6.3 Please return the item(s) to us immediately to ensure a speedy process.

6.4 No policy displayed by Jurang affects your statutory rights.


7.0 Missing Products

7.1 You are hereby notified that you have ten (10) calendar days from the date of dispatch to report any discrepancies, specifically missing products, in your order.

7.2 Should you identify any items that were not delivered as part of your order, it is imperative that you inform us without delay.

7.3 Prompt notification will enable us to initiate an inquiry with the courier service and undertake the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

7.4 Failure to report any missing products within the specified ten (10) day period will result in the forfeiture of any claims on such discrepancies.

7.5 Consequently, we cannot engage with the courier service to query the issue, seek compensation, or provide any form of resolution after that.

7.6 Adhering to this timeframe is essential to ensuring that any issues can be addressed efficiently and effectively.
