This delicious syrup has a Cinnamon essential oil smell and a spicy taste of cinnamon powder with pepper notes.

Recipes:
Non-alcoholic recipe: Mix 20 ml MONIN Cinnamon syrup, 10 ml MONIN Irish syrup, 1 shot espresso and 150 ml milk. Pour espresso into a large cup and reserve. Steam MONIN syrup and milk together until mixed foams. Pour mix over coffee.
Alcoholic recipe: Mix 20 ml MONIN Cinnamon syrup, 5 ml MONIN Spicy syrup, 30 ml brandy and soda water. Put straight in a glass filled with ice cubes. Top with soda water.
